      There are several reasons why your GreenWorks Trimmer might stop while you're cutting: * The guard may not be properly attached. Remove the battery and ensure the guard is securely attached. * You might be using a cutting line that's too heavy. Only use nylon cutting lines with a diameter of 2.0 mm/2.4 mm. * Grass might be wound around the motor shaft or trimmer head. Stop the trimmer, remove the battery, and clear away any grass. * The motor could be overloaded. Remove the trimmer head from the grass to allow the motor to recover. When cutting, move the trimmer head in and out of the grass, removing no more than 8 inches per pass. * The battery pack or the trimmer itself might be too hot.
