Why are there excessive flare-ups on my GrillMaster Grill?
    • J
      John TorresJul 27, 2025
Excessive flare-ups can be managed by keeping the hood up while grilling and keeping the knobs on low. If necessary, turn one burner off. Pre-heat the grill for 10-15 minutes to burn off drippings. Use meats containing less fat. When grilling chicken, cook it on low with the meat side down for 20 minutes, then flip to the skin side for another 20 minutes. If flare-ups continue, move meats to the warming rack until the flame settles. Never spray water on gas flames, as this can damage your grill.

What to do if my GrillMaster Grill burner blows out?
    • L
      Laura SchaeferAug 1, 2025
If the burner blows out, check for any burner defects and ensure proper burner installation. Also, make certain the fuel mixture is not too lean and that the gas supply is sufficient. Check if the LP tank is empty.

How to fix low heat on my GrillMaster Grill with LP gas?
    • J
      James MayoAug 6, 2025
To address low heat with LP gas, ensure all burner valves are in the “OFF” position. Then, open the tank valve and wait 5 seconds. Light the burners one at a time following the lighting instructions.

What causes low heat on my GrillMaster Grill even when the knob is in the 'HI' position?
    • M
      Miguel ScottAug 11, 2025
If you're experiencing low heat even when the knob is in the 'HI' position, first, make certain the problem is isolated to only one burner. If so, clean the orifice and burner, clearing any obstructions from the ports. Check for a bent or kinked fuel hose. Ensure the air shutter is properly adjusted and that there is proper gas supply and pressure. Pre-heat the grill for a full 15 minutes. If using LP gas, check for an empty tank.

How to fix yellow burner flame and gas odor on my GrillMaster Grill?
    • M
      Mr. Andrew ThompsonAug 15, 2025
If the burner flame is yellow and there's a noticeable gas odor, check the burner inlet for obstructions, especially spiders or other insects. Also, check the air shutter for proper adjustment and inspect for the source of gas leaks.

Why my GrillMaster Grill will not light?
    • M
      Matthew FrancisAug 20, 2025
Push and turn the knob and check for sparks. If there is a spark, check to make sure gas is supplied to the burner. Purge the line of any trapped air. Check to see if you can match-light the burner and if the other burners operate normally. Visually check the electrode and wire while pushing the igniter knob. If a spark occurs anywhere but the igniter tip, the igniter must be replaced.
