Do not use any other line cord, use only the supplied line cord and do not modify it for any reason.
This pump is supplied with a grounding conductor and grounding-type attachment plug. To reduce the
risk of electric shock, be certain that it is connected only to a properly grounded, grounding-type
receptacle.
• Remove the old line cord from the receptacle
• Next remove the cord plug from the pump by following the steps outlined below:
• Insert the plug into approved supply receptacle.
• Restore power and verify control setting.
• Refer to the Installation and Operation (I&O) manual that came with the pump for complete
operating instructions.

Before doing any work on this pump you must first read this instruction. Installation must
comply with national, state, and local regulations and accepted codes of good practice.
Warning: Risk of electric shock
Verify the electrical supply to the line cord and pump has been disconnected before making
any changes to the component.
