This manual describes additional conditions or special
considerations affecting the operation of pumps with variable
frequency drive (VFD).

For technical data and ambient and operating conditions refer to
the installation and operating instructions of the dosing pump.
For electrical data such as current consumption see the
nameplates of the motor and the VFD.
Dimensions of DMX and DMH pumps with VFD
For dimensions of pumps with VFD see Appendix on page 64.
For all other dimensions see the installation and operating
instructions of the dosing pump.
5. Identification and variants
DMX and DMH pumps with PTC motors and integrated VFD are
available in different variants, which are shown on the nameplate
of the pump as follows:

This manual is only valid together with the
installation and operating instructions for the
pump and the supplier manual "BU 0180" for the
VFD. All documents should be used.
VFD used with Grundfos DMX and DMH pumps
are available with selected variants and with
special parameter settings.
Observe deviations from the supplier range of
VFD, see sections 7.1 VFD variants used with
DMX and DMH pumps and 7.3 Special parameter
settings for DMX/DMH.

The values stated on the nameplates and in the
installation and operating instructions of the
dosing pump must be observed.
