5. Load the carousel insert according to the selected carousel option.
6. Start the measurement by pressing Zero or Read or Zero & Read
according to the selected carousel option.
The carousel insert is measured and the results are displayed.
Note: If Instrument Setup > Data Log Setup > Auto Store: On has
been selected, all measurement data is automatically saved. The
measurement data can be accessed under Recall data > Data Log.
Multi-wavelength
1. Press Multi-Wavelength in the main menu.
2. Press Options > More > Reading mode.
3. Select Carousel 1 inch square or Carousel 10 mm square.
4. In the toolbar, select the symbol for the carousel insert. This symbol
opens a window with carousel options; refer to Table 2.
5. Load the carousel insert according to the selected carousel option.
6. Start the measurement by pressing Zero or Read or Zero & Read
according to the selected carousel option.
Each zero solution and sample is measured with the defined
wavelength and the results are displayed.
Note: If Instrument Setup > Data Log Setup > Auto Store: On has

measurement data can be accessed under Recall data > Data Log.
Wavelength scan
1. Press Wavelength Scan in the main menu.
2. Press Options > More > Reading mode.
3. Select Carousel 1 inch square or Carousel 10 mm square.
4. In the toolbar, select the symbol for the carousel insert. This symbol
opens a window with carousel options; refer to Table 2.
5. Load the carousel insert according to the selected carousel option.
6. Start the measurement by pressing Zero or Read or Zero & Read
according to the selected carousel option.
Each zero solution and sample is measured with the defined
wavelength range; the curve is displayed.
Save the wavelength scan
1. Press Options > Select View and select the cell for which you
want to save the scan.
2. Select Table or Graph; the scan is displayed.
3. Press Options > Store Symbol and select one of the 20 scan
storage locations.
4. Press Store.
5. The measurement data can be accessed in the main menu under
Recall Data > Wavelength Scan.
