      If 'Time synchronization OFF' is displayed on your Hach Controller, it means the controller can't access the NPT internet service to automatically synchronize the clock. Ensure there are no restrictions to external access in the controller network. Contact your IT department and ensure the network has internet access to the NTP service. If the controller doesn't connect to Claros, disable Claros under Controller > Connectivity > Claros, then manually set the date and time in the controller settings.
