Option Description
Display setup Configures the controller display
Set Date/Time Sets the controller time and date
Datalog setup Configures data logging options. Available only if Calculation has been setup.
Manage Data Select the device from the list of installed components to view the data or event log
Error Hold Mode Hold Outputs—Holds outputs at last known value when controller loses
communication with the sensor.
Transfer Outputs—Switches to transfer mode when controller loses communication
with the sensor. Outputs transfer to a pre-defined value.
Calculation Configures the controller math function
sc200 Information S/W VER:—Displays the current version of controller software
Bootloader VER:—Displays the current Bootloader version. The Bootloader is a file
that loads the main operating system for the controller
S/N:—Displays the controller serial number
Version:—Displays the current version of controller hardware
Discrete Input Setup Configures three discrete input channels
Language Assigns the language used in the controller

Cleaning the controller

1. Make sure the controller cover is securely closed.
2. Wipe the controller exterior with a cloth dampened with water, or with a mixture of water and mild
detergent.

      If the Secure Digital Memory (SD) card is not recognized by the Hach Controller, make sure the SD card is correctly oriented with the copper traces facing toward the controller display. Ensure the SD card is fully seated in the slot and the spring lock is engaged. Verify the SD card is formatted with a Fat 32 format (MMC format is not supported), is not larger than 32 GB, and is indeed an SD card, as other types (xSD, micro SD, mini SD) will not work.

      If a sensor is not recognized by your Hach Controller, and it's an analog sensor with a corresponding module installed, refer to the instructions supplied with the Network or Sensor Module. Ensure the digital connector wiring harness is seated on the inside of the door assembly and is not damaged. If using a digital termination box, junction box, or extension cables, connect the sensor directly to the controller and perform a device scan to check wiring. Make sure that only two sensors are installed in the controller.
