What to do if my Haier Air Conditioner unit does not start or operate?

If your Haier Air Conditioner doesn't start, check the following: * Ensure the power cord is plugged into a grounded 3-prong outlet. * If the power cord has tripped, press the RESET button. * Press the Power button on the Control Panel or Remote Control. * Test the outlet with a working lamp. * Replace any blown fuses or reset tripped circuit breakers. * If a Time Delay is programmed, cancel it. * Replace dead batteries in the remote. * Empty the internal water tank if it's full.
