What to do if my Haier QPCD05NXTW unit does not start?

If your Haier Air Conditioner doesn't start, there are several potential causes: * Ensure the power cord is plugged into a grounded 3-prong outlet. * If the power supply cord has tripped, press and release the RESET button on the cord. * Make sure you've pressed the Power button on the Control Panel or Remote Control. * Check if the outlet has power by plugging in a working lamp. * Replace any blown household fuses or reset tripped circuit breakers. * Cancel any programmed Time Delay. * Replace dead batteries in the remote control. * Empty the water tank if it's full (the Water Full indicator will be illuminated).
