• Conduct cutting and level the cutting and connection positions of a new plate as per the positions shown in the
picture;
• Each component shall be placed on correct position during installation of a new or old plate to make sure that the
dimension of the connection is consistent with that in the dimensional drawing of car body and with standard
dimension;
• Adjust the inner side of front longitudinal beam after the beam fastener and old plate are trail assembled;
• Adjust the outer side of cutting on the position shown in the picture above and weld the new part well; pay
attentions not to damage the outer side of the beam fastener on the old part;
• Use abrasive disc to polish each connection position on the inner side and outer side and then complete surface
treatment.
• The removal method of the longitudinal assembly (left) is the same.
