How to fix Hameg HM5014-2 Measuring Instruments with a dark screen?

If your Hameg Measuring Instruments device shows no front panel LED light, no trace, and no readout on the CRT, resulting in a dark screen, the fuse might be blown. Locate the fuse holder at the rear of the device and inspect the fuse. If it's blown, replace it with a fuse of the same rating and switch the instrument on again. If the fuse is intact, further inspection is needed.
