5 Troubleshooting
5.1 Troubleshooting table
If the wheelchair will not function, while
the batteries are fully charged, check
the following points before contacting
your dealer.
Switch off the wheelchair and then
switch it on again. Check if the
problem has been solved.
Check if all charge plugs are
properly connected and secured.
Check if the wheelchair is in the
D
RIVE position (not in NEUTRAL).
Check if the position of the speed
control has not changed.
In case of a malfunction the battery
indicator lights will be flashing on the
(Shark controller). On the Shark lights
and Shark seats-lights controllers the
spanner symbol will be flashing (X).
Use the table below to find out the
cause and report this information to
your dealer.
In all other cases contact your dealer.
