  If the HANKISON Dehumidifier displays a High Humidity Alarm on either the Left or Right Tower, this could be due to a desiccant bed overload. Check the inlet air flow rate, temperature, and pressure; if the flow and temperature are higher than the design specifications, or the pressure is lower, this can overload the dryer. Another cause could be a damaged or defective dew point sensor or monitor, so examine the sensor for physical damage and check the monitor/sensor operation, replacing them as necessary. Finally, a loss of desiccant drying capacity might be the issue. Check the filter elements and drains for improper filtration causing desiccant contamination, and repair or replace as needed. It may also be that the desiccant's useful life has been exceeded.
