INTERFERENCES
Interference may be caused by:
• Hardness above 1 g/L
• Iron
• Sulfide may cause turbidity
• Organic compounds like acetone above 0.1%, alcohols, aldehydes, aliphatic and aromatic amines,
chloramines, glycine, or urea above 10 mg/L, to remove the interference distillation is required
