MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE
• Select the Ammonia HR method using the procedure described in
the METHOD SELECTION section.
• Add 1 mL of unreacted sample to the cuvette using a 1 mL syringe.
• Use the pipette to fill the cuvette up to the 10
mL mark with HI93733B-0 Ammonia High
Range Reagent B. Replace the plastic stopper
and the cap. Swirl to mix the solution.
• Insert the cuvette into the holder and close the lid.
