CALCIUM
• Replace the plastic stopper and the cap. Invert several
times to mix.
• Insert the cuvette into the holder and close the lid.
• Press Zero. The display will show “-0.0-” when the meter is zeroed and ready for measurement.
• Remove the cuvette.
• Add 1 mL of HI93752B-Ca Calcium Reagent B to
the sample using the 1 mL syringe. Replace the
plastic stopper and the cap. Invert the cuvette 10
times to mix (about 15 seconds).
• Insert the cuvette into the holder and close the lid.
• Press Timer and the display will show the countdown prior to the measurement or wait 5 minutes.
