Crisp programme
In addition to cooking food, there are 4 Crisp
programmes which let you brown food.
Preparation:
1. Remove all packaging and weigh the
dish. The weight is required to ensure the
correct settings.
2. Place the dish in the cooking chamber on
the glass rotary plate and close the cook-
ing chamber door.
3. Ensure that the appliance is in sleep
mode (normal time display). If a pro-
gramme setting is still active, press the
button (26) .
4. Press the ‘Crisp’ button (20). C1 and the
, and symbols are shown on the
display.
5. Press the ‘Crisp’ button (20) several
times, or turn the control dial (4) until the
desired crisp programme is shown.
6. Press the button to confirm the select-
ed programme.
7. Turn the control dial (4) to select the
weight of the dish.
8. Press the button.
The appliance starts. The ventilator starts.
The light in the cooking chamber switches
on. The glass rotary plate starts to turn.
The pre-programmed time will now count
down on the display.
Five beeps will sound once the cooking
time has expired.
The appliance switches off. The display
now again shows the time.
9. Open the cooking chamber door and
carefully remove the dish or beverage.
Vital programme
The appliance has 9 Vital programmes that
preheat the appliance to 230 ºC before cook-
ing.
1. Remove all packaging and weigh the
dish. The weight is required to ensure the
correct settings.
2. Press the ‘Vital’ button (31) .
The and symbols appear on the dis-
play, and H1 flashes.
3. Press the ‘Vital’ button several times, or
turn the control dial until the desired Vital
programme is shown on the display.
4. Press the button.
5. The appliance will be preheated to
230 ºC. Two beeps will sound as soon
the preheating temperature has been
reached.
6. Open the cooking chamber door, put a
dish on the glass rotary plate in the cook-
ing chamber and close the cooking cham-
ber door until it audibly clicks into place
and locks.
7. Press the button and then the Vital pro-
gramme’s cooking time will count down.
The preset temperature is 230 ºC.
Do not place food in the cooking cham-
ber at the beginning of Vital mode. The
appliance must be preheated rst.
Slow Cooking programme
The appliance has 5 Slow Cooking pro-
grammes that you can use to slowly cook food.
1. Place the dish in the cooking chamber on
the grill rack and close the cooking cham-
ber door.
2. Press the ‘Slow Cooking’ button (21).
The
symbol will then appear on the dis-
play and L1 will flash.
3. Press the ‘Slow Cooking’ button several
times, or turn the control dial until the de-
sired Slow Cooking programme is shown
on the display.
4. Press the
button to confirm the pro-
gramme.
5. Turn the control dial (4) to set the temper-
ature.
6. Press the button to confirm the temper-
ature.
