Making a Capacitance Measurement
To measure a capacitance, do the following:
1) Press the F1 key to select CAP and a capacitor symbol appears on the top of the screen.
2) Insert the black lead into the COM banana jack input and the red lead into the V/O/C banana jack
input.
3) Connect the red and black leads to the capacitor and the capacitance value is displayed on the
screen in µF or nF.
Then, the screen will look like the following figure 7-5.
Note: Before testing on low capacitance, please press【||/△】to make zero for a better accuracy.

Making a DC Voltage Measurement
To measure a DC voltage, do the following:
1. Press the F1 key to select VOLT and DC appears at the top of the screen.
2. Insert the black lead into the COM banana jack input and the red lead into the V/O/C banana jack
input.
3.Connect the red and black leads to the measured points and the voltage value of measured
points is displayed on the screen.
Then ,the screen will look like the following figure 7-6.
