7.3: DSP ELEMENTS > CONTROL CHANNEL
Control channels contain the primary
performance controls and indicators.
Layers of Control Channels (assigned to
various ‘actual’ channels) are selected using
the FADERS (Fader Layers) button group.
Control channel positions are assigned to
channels using the Touch Screen FADER
SETUP menu (see section 3.2.1).
Gate Closed (X)
Indicates the selected channel's gate is closed.
Channel Name / Function
Text screen, plus status colour
The text, and the colour of the LCD change depending on the current function of the control channel or fader. For
example, normal audio channels will show the channel name and FaderGlow colour, while a GEQ assigned to the
faders will show centre frequencies on a red background.
