3.6.9 Manual IPA Switching
The IPAs operate in pairs. IPA_AB1 and IPA_CD2 operate together as do IPA_AB2 and
IPA_CD1. The active IPA pair can be switched manually from the IPA Status menu in
the Diagnostics Display. To manually switch the active IPA pair press [HOME,
STATUS, A, C]. This will bring up the screen shown in Figure 3-13. Pressing [D] will
toggle between the IPA pairs.

3.6.10 Fan Speed
The Platinum Z is equipped with a 2 speed blower. This normally runs at the LOW
speed to reduce ambient noise and increase transmitter efficiency. However, if any fault
occurs, the fan will automatically switch to HIGH speed until the fault is no longer
active. The fan can also be forced to HIGH speed using the Configuration Menus in the
Diagnostics Display. See Figure 3-14. The normal setting for the fan speed is AUTO.
Pressing the [D] button toggles between AUTO and HIGH.
