Error which has
occurred
Device will not turn
on.
Cuff will not infl ate.
Possible causes
No batteries, they have
been inserted
incorrectly or are dead.
Cuff defective.
The measuring signals
could not, or not cor-
rectly, be read. This can
be caused by incorrect
application of the cuff,
moving, talking or by a
very weak pulse.
Remedy
Check batteries and
insert two identical, new
batteries, if and when
necessary.
Return the device to the
designated service
centre for inspection.
Check the correct
position of the cuff. Do
not talk or move during
the measuring
procedure. Also observe
the 10 golden rules.
