YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.
Motorenfabrik Hatz GmbH & Co. KG warrants the emission control system on your
engine for the periods of time listed below provided there has been no abuse, neglect or
improper maintenance of your engine.
Your emission control system includes:
• Air cleaner housing
• Cold air duct
• Turbocharger ( including wastegate ), ducting
• Unit Injectors
• Oil filler cap
• PCV ( 'positive crankcase ventilation' ) connection assembly
• Exhaust manifold
• Emission Control Information Labels
Where a warrantable condition exists, Motorenfabrik Hatz will repair your engine at no
cost to you including diagnosis, parts and labor.
