SPECIFIED

Warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents,
normal wear-and tear, repair or alterations outside our facilities, or to a lack of maintenance.
We
shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persans or property or for incidental, contingent, special, or
consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be retumed to us for examination, postage
prepaid. Proof of putchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany
the
merchandise. If our
inspection discloses a defect,
we will
either repair or replace
the
product, or refund
the purchases
price if
we
cannot readily and quickly provide
a
repair or replacement, if
you
are
willing to accepta refund. We will retum
repaired product or replacement at our expense, but if it is
determined there in no defect, or that the defect
resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty,
then
the user
must bear the
cost of
storing
and
retuming the
product.
The manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications at any time as they continually strive to achieve
better quality equipment.
