Tips for Desserts
• Water should never come into
contact with chocolate. It may
harden and become grainy.
• Need buttermilk? Add 1 tablespoon
of white vinegar to 8 ounces of milk
and stir.
• 1 square of baker’s chocolate = 1
ounce.
