Why do my Heath Zenith Motion Sensor Light Control SH-5105 Home Safety Product lights stay on all the time?
    • G
      garciajacobAug 2, 2025
If your Heath Zenith Home Safety Product lights are staying on continuously, consider these possibilities: 1. A flood lamp might be too close to the light control or pointed at nearby objects, causing heat to trigger the light. Try repositioning the lamp. 2. The light control could be picking up a heat source like an air vent. Try reducing the range. 3. The light control might be in manual mode. Switch it to AUTO.

Why are my Heath Zenith Motion Sensor Light Control SH-5105 lights flashing on and off?
    • L
      Lori CannonAug 10, 2025
If your Heath Zenith Home Safety Product lights are flashing, it could be due to: 1. Heat or light from the flood lamps turning the light control on and off. Reposition the flood lamp. 2. Heat reflected from other objects triggering the light control. Reposition the light control. 3. The light control being in TEST mode and warming up (this is normal). 4. Light leaking through the flood lamp reflectors. Replace the flood lamps with new, high-quality PAR 38 lamps, ensuring the metal lamp protectors are installed.
