Why do my Heath Zenith Outdoor Lights come on for no apparent reason?
    • J
      Joseph DaltonJul 30, 2025
Your Heath Zenith Outdoor Light might be detecting small animals or car traffic. Try re-aiming the sensor. Alternatively, the range might be set too high; try reducing the range.

What to do if my Heath Zenith Outdoor Lights stay on continuously?
    • H
      Harold GoodAug 5, 2025
If your Heath Zenith Outdoor Lights stay on, it might be because a flood lamp is too close to the sensor or pointed at objects causing heat to trigger the sensor; try repositioning the lamp. The light control could also be pointed toward a heat source; reposition the sensor. Finally, check if the light control is in Manual Mode and switch it to Auto.

How to fix Heath Zenith Outdoor Lights that flash on and off?
    • J
      joshua37Aug 11, 2025
If your Heath Zenith Outdoor Lights are flashing, the lamps' heat or light may be turning the light control on and off; try repositioning the lamps away from the sensor. Heat reflected from other objects might also be affecting the sensor; reposition the sensor. If the light control is in Test mode, understand that flashing is normal. Also, light may be leaking through the floodlamp reflectors, make sure the metal lamp protectors are installed.

Why won't my Heath Zenith Outdoor Lights come on?
    • J
      Joshua DodsonAug 17, 2025
If your Heath Zenith Outdoor Lights won't turn on, first, ensure the light switch is on. Also, check if the flood light is loose or burned out and secure or replace it. Verify the fuse hasn't blown or the circuit breaker isn't off, and replace the fuse or turn on the circuit breaker. If it's daytime, daylight turn-off might be in effect; re-check after dark. For new installations, check the circuit wiring. Try re-aiming the sensor to cover the desired area.
