common
lead

an
ohmmeter
to
either
black
binding
post
of
the
Generator.
Connect
the
other
ohmmeter
lead
to
test-
point
(TP1) on the wave
generator
circuit
board.
The
ohmmeter
should
indicate
a
re-
sistance
of
at
least
1500
Q,
when
the
pointer
stops.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Short
circuit
on wave
generator
circuit
board:

Check
positioning
of
transistors.

Check
values
of
resistors.

Check
for
solder
bridges
between
circuit
board
foils.
