Parking brake consists of a brake disc and a brake working cylinder. The power
spring in the cylinder load force on the disc in order to achieve parking. The system
can be used as exigent braking. But it cause the disc weared out badly. So it must
replace the disc after the second exigent braking. The oil of high pressure in the
cylinder (min 10MPa) is offsetting the spring power so that the parking braking can
be released. The brake valve controls the hydraulic oil. When the parking brake
valve released, the valve is opening. When pulling up the valve, the oil can’t go into
the working cylinder. The oil in the cylinder flows into the brake oil tank at the time.
The brake disc is parking.
Walking brake is oil immersion wetness multiple disc brake. The friction discs
and rotating are assembled crosswise on the drive axle hubs. The power pressure oil
compress the unit and it produce brake force. The system’s excellences are no
adjustingforce no run down and wearing fairly little. In addition, for the system is
immerses in obturation in oil tank, the water and dirty can’t go into the brake. The
system has many excellences such as large braking torque, long service life, antiaging,
dirt resistance, no servicing and so on.
Cooling system is a independent circuit. It helps to make the system last service
life of the wetness friction disc and produce optimum braking effectiveness. The
system can dissipate the heat which is produced for braking frequently. The back
valve assembled between oil inlet tube and outlet tube ensure the pressure of cooling
oil lower than 1 bar, so that the drive axle can be protect.
The accumulator both in walking braking system and in parking braking system
are sack-life structure. It’s only charged nitrogen gas.
Noticing: Not aerated in oxygen, compressed air or any other gas which is
combustible. The gas are aerated by special tools. It’s necessary as the accumulators
accessory. It can be filled gas be relieved check atmospheric pressure and revise
the pressure. The pressure in accumulators both in walking braking circuit and in
