parking braking circuit is 7.5MPa. The pressure in the accumulator is checked
periodical so that it esure the vehicle is safety.
The method is as following:
(1) Pedal eight continuous after stopping and push and pull the manual control valve
more than five. So the oil of high pressure in the accumulator is discharged.
(2) Connect one end of the special tool which has a pressure gauge to the accumulator,
the another connected to nitrogen steel bottle.
(3) Open the switch of steel bottle. When the gauge is stable, open the tools switch,
that means to open the back valve in the accumulator and charge into it.
(4) Notice: pressure may run to parameter designed instantly. Close the nitrogen steel
bottle’s switch, and check the indication after the pressure gauage’s hand being stable.
If being lack, charge again.
(5) When the demanding pressure realized, close the bottle’s switch, then close the
special tool’s switch. Finally move the tool away.
(6) If the accumulator leakages, knock on the back valve which is in the accumulator
slightly by hammer and screwdriver. Make it move down first, then return rapidly. Let
the seal area be touched entirely. Checking: daub engine oil on the end of
accumulators. If finding air bubble, the accumulator leakages gas.
The gas in the tube can effect brake capability. Deflate gas after dismantling and
checking or replacing parts and reassembling. Either hub has a bleed screw which is
used when deflating. Step on pedal, let oil go out until no air bubble. Noticing: wind
the screw under pedalling.
