1. CERTIFICATIONS
The product TURTLE II ELECTRONIC (e-Turtle 2) is CE certied by ALIENOR CERTIFI-
CATION (Zone du Sanital, 21 Rue Albert Einstein CHATELLERAULT-France) notied
body 2754 following the CRITT-SL protocol AMC-012 : 02/2020. This product
complies with the requirements of the EU regulation 2016/425. The EU declaration
of conformity can be consulted on the helite.com website.
The CDU electronic card is certied IEC 62368-1 / EN-62368-1 / UL62368-1 /
CSA62368-1 by TÜV Rheinland (Tillystr. 2, 90431 Nürnberg, Germany) notied body
no. 0197.
Helite declares that the CDU electronic card complies with the essential requi-
rements and other relevant provisions of the RED (Radio Equipment Directive)
2014/53/EU and RoHS 2011/65/EU.
ISED Statement:
For general products, this device contains licence-exempt transmitter(s) that com-
ply with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s licence-exempt
RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause interference ;
(2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause
