In this case, remove the check valve and either clean it or replace it. * Air may be present in the material. If air is being drawn into the pump from behind the check valve, remove the check valve and fitting in front of the pump, then reinstall with Teflon tape. If air is entering through the shaft seal area, pump tube, or shaft seal block O-ring joints, tighten the shaft seal (replace if badly worn) and replace/reinstall the O-rings. If air is entering through inlet hoses or coupler, tighten or seal as necessary.

Use a screwdriver to push the roller down. If the pumps return, adjust the switch roller upward. 2. **Roller trip:** If the roller trip switch has air pressure applied but does not function when checked, replace it. 3. **Four-way air cylinder directional control valve:** If the roller trip switch does not return the pumps, check the signal through to the four-way valve. If the signal is OK, the four-way valve may be faulty and require servicing or replacement.
