      If there's no sound from a Bluetooth device on your Hercules speaker, make sure the speaker's sound isn’t disabled and the volume isn't at minimum. Also, ensure the Bluetooth source is active and its volume is high enough. Your Bluetooth device might be too far away; move it closer to the speaker. You can also try powering the Hercules speaker off and then on again using the On/Off button (1).

      If you can see the light guide (4) lit up in blue, but you don't hear any sound, try powering off all paired devices nearby or disable their Bluetooth function. Then, reconnect the device you want to use for playback. Alternatively, power off the Hercules speaker by pressing the On/Off button (1), and then power it back on using the same button.

      If you can’t connect the Hercules speaker to a paired Bluetooth device, try entering '0000' if your device asks for a password. Power the Hercules speaker off and then on again using the On/Off button (1). Remove the Hercules speaker from your Bluetooth device's list of paired devices (refer to your device's manual for instructions), and then pair them again.

    Why is the sound quality poor in Bluetooth mode on Hercules WAE NEO?

      If you experience poor sound quality in Bluetooth mode with your Hercules speaker, move your Bluetooth device closer to the speaker, and away from devices that may cause interference, such as cordless telephones, microwave ovens, WiFi routers, and other Bluetooth devices. If multiple apps are running on your Bluetooth device, close any non-essential ones to free up resources for audio transmission. You can also try disabling the WiFi network. Delete the pairing between your Bluetooth device and the speaker, and then pair them again.

      If you are experiencing poor sound quality in auxiliary mode on your Hercules speaker, lower the volume setting on the auxiliary source. Also, make sure the 3.5 mm mini-jack plug is properly connected to the auxiliary input connector (6) on the back of the speaker.
