Payment Management
Support for prepaid and postpaid switching, the following features are
supported in prepaid mode:
⚫ Measurement deduction
⚫ STS function
⚫ Short code query
⚫ Emergency overdraft
⚫ Friendly mode
⚫ Anti-hoarding function
When the following events occur on the meter, the relay will automatically
disconnect: insufficient balance, STS mode, overload, CIU and meter `pairing.
Besides, meter records the relay operation event, and query the relay operation
reason could be finished by short code;
