This section provides specific procedures relating to diagnosing error messages shown on the printer
display and the HID Printer Status monitor.
5.1 Console lights
The console lights on the top of the printer indicate printer status conditions.

2 x Cartridge out of ink condition
2 x Cartridge error (including end of life cycle)
3 x Cards OK
3 x End of cards (check cards)
3 x Card jam
3 and 4 x Power on reset phase and system error (power off / on needed)
Application restarted (short power button click needed)
4 x All doors closed
4 x One of the doors is open
2, 3, and 4 x Firmware upgrade
