If your HID Printer shows 'Wrong Ribbon Installed', verify the Ribbon Type on the Device Options tab is set correctly. If it isn't, select the matching ribbon type. Then, open the cover, remove the ribbon cartridge, and install a compatible cartridge before closing the cover.
