If your HID Printer displays a 'Ribbon Break/Jam' error, follow these steps: 1. Open the cover and remove the cartridge. 2. Ensure the ribbon moves freely. 3. If broken, tape the ends together and wind excess onto the take-up spool. 4. Reinstall the cartridge, close the cover, and press the Pause/Resume button. If you want to cancel the print, click the Cancel Print button.
