Steps
1.
Click at the upper-right corner.

Click More.
3.
Go to Device Maintenance → Time Sync Diagnosis .
View the current me sync informaon.
4.
Click Time Sync Conguraon.
5.
Turn on Enable Time Sync Excepon Detecon.
Note

Supports detecon of mulple me sync sources. If mulple me sync sources are detected,
you need to turn o unnecessary me sync sources in me, otherwise it may cause device
me changes, which will aect the recording.
●
Supports RTC
baery detecon. If RTC baery is running out, device me excepon will occur,
which may cause video loss or incorrect recording
me. Please change the buon cell baery
on the mainboard and sync me again.

Click OK.
7.5.5 Picture
Buer Enhancement
Aer the alarm picture buer enhancement mode is enabled, the receiving and sending buers of
the alarm picture will be improved when the device is started, which can prevent image loss.
Steps
1.
Click
at the upper-right corner.
2.
Click More.
3.
Go to Device Maintenance → Picture
Buer Enhancement .
4.
Turn on Enable.
Note
Aer enabling Picture Buer Enhancement, 2K/4K output will be disabled and the device would
be restarted.
7.6 Upgrade
Warning
Do not shutdown or turn o the power during upgrade.
