8. Recognition Area
The identification area must be drawn according to the actual scene of the scene,
and it is forbidden to use the default area or doodle randomly.
When taking pictures, the license plate and the front of the car must be inside the
recognition area.
The recognition area includes the track area before the snapshot; do not over-draw
the irrelevant area, which will affect the recognition speed
