Controller Settings

USB Modem and Controller Connection

Connect USB modem with SIM, then to controller and select HTrack.

Controller ID and Webpage Registration

Find controller ID on the controller and register it on the HTrack webpage.

Subscription Linking to Controller

Link your subscription to the registered controller via webpage settings.

Subscriptions Management

Edit Subscription Devices

Change or add connected vehicle, controller, spreader/sprayer or plow.

Add or Extend Subscriptions

Buy a new subscription or extend an existing one.

Customer and Contract Management

Add New Customer

Add a new customer, e.g., City of Helsinki, via the Customers-page.

Add New Contract

Add a new contract to a specific customer via the Contracts page.

Vehicle, Controller, and Machine Setup

Add Vehicle or Controller

Add a new vehicle or controller by clicking "Add new".

Edit Existing Device

Edit an existing device by clicking its name in the table.

Combine Devices for Subscription

Combine vehicles, controllers, and machines on the Subscription-page.

Map View Reporting

Set Time Interval for Data

Set start and end time to show tracking data during a specific interval.

Select Vehicle, Customer, Contract

View details for all or selected vehicles, customers, or contracts.

Select Spreading and Plowing Data

Choose spreading materials and plow activity to display.

Select Summary Data Attributes

Check values to be included in the report summary.

Map View Feature Details

Checkpoint Data Display

Click a specific checkpoint to show spreading data for that location.

Clear Map Function

Clears route from map.

Select Area for Data

Create a boundary on map to select an area for data display.

Spread Rate Conflicts

Highlight areas where spread rate is not met due to high vehicle speed.

Real-Time Vehicle Position

Shows the most recent position of an active vehicle within the last 2 minutes.

Summary Field and Report Options

Summary Field Data

Shows tables with data relevant to selected attributes from the top of the page.

Send Report via Email

Sends the summary report as a PDF-file to the user's email address.

Print or Save Report

Generates a summary report as a PDF-file that can be printed or saved.

Datasheet View Reporting

Datasheet Mode Usage

Summarize data for longer periods in tables, not on a map.

Set Time Interval for Datasheet

Show details for selected customer or vehicle during a specific time interval.

Select Data Type

Choose to view details for all or a specific customer/contract or vehicle.

Select Operating Mode

Select which activity/activities should be shown in the summary.

Select Spreading Material

Check spreading materials to be shown in the summary.

Select Calculation Attributes

Check which attributes should be calculated in the summary report.
