The DS TS 5-SE is an electric wall saw that utilizes diamond saw blades for wet cutting of mineral materials. The saw's advance is automatically controlled, adjusting its speed based on the resistance encountered by the diamond saw blade, which ensures maximum power utilization under full load. The system includes a remote control unit (DS-RC-TS 5-E) for operation, which displays critical information such as saw blade speed, temperature, operating hours, and power output, and provides warnings for various conditions. The saw arm can pivot 360°, allowing for versatile cutting angles from 90° to 45°. It supports both standard and flush cutting applications. For flush cutting, the saw blade is mounted directly on the drive flange using countersunk-head screws, eliminating the need for the standard flange and central fastening screw.
