Adjust OVER SCAN in the IMAGE menu smaller.

Excessive VIDEO NR.
Change the setting of VIDEO NR in the INPUT menu.

The FRAME LOCK function cannot work on the
current input signal.
Set FRAME LOCK in the INPUT menu to OFF.
