Assemble Pump Device (EX2OUR-2)
Before assembling the pump device, clean each part
with cleaning oil and dry sufficiently. Apply a film of
hydraulic oil to the inner parts before installing. Be
sure to use new gaskets, seals, or oil seals if they
were removed.
1.
Install oil seal (14) into front cover (16). Then,
install retaining ring (13) into front cover (16).
2.
Clamp front cover (16) in a vise.
NOTE: Clamp front cover (16) with the oil seal bore
placed lower.
3.
Install gasket (4), gasket (3), side plate (2), and
steel ball (5) to front cover
(16).
NOTE: Apply a film of grease to gasket (4), gasket
(3) and steel ball (5).
NOTE: Apply a film of hydraulic oil to side plate (2).
Install side plate (2) with the gasket groove
side facing downward, checking that the
aligning mark of the suction and delivery is
positioned correctly.
4.
Install drive gear 1 (6) and driven gear 1 (7) into
front cover (16).
NOTE: Apply a film of hydraulic oil to the gear tooth
faces and the sides of both drive gear 1 (6)
and driven gear 1 (7) with which side plate
(2) will come into contact.
