PC-ARFH1E FUNCTIONALITIES
1.8.2.5 Domesc Hot Water (DHW) conguraon
Control:
• High Eciency: Compressor operaon
is adjusted to opmal eciency for
lower power consumpon. Electrical
heater only works when the maximum
working temperature of the heat pump is
achieved.
• High Speed: The heat pump is switched
to maximum operaon capacity to heat
up the tank in the shortest me.
Seng temperature:
Seng for domesc hot water
temperature selected by the user.
The maximum value of this seng
depends on the Maximum seng
temperature set by the installer.
(Between 30 to maximum seng
temperature.)
HP Control:
To achieve the DHW seng
temperature it is possible to select
between two dierent modes of
control:
• ΔT: The most ecient
way to achieve the seng
temperature. The outlet water
temperature is 15º higher
than the tank temperature,
increasing gradually unl
achieve the target water
outlet temperature (seng
temperature).
• Fix: This is the fastest way to
achieve seng temperature.
The outlet water temperature
is set to HP Control seng.
HP Control seng can be only
adjusted in case HP Control is
Fix.
Maximum seng temperature:
Maximum value of DHW seng
temperature permied by the
installer.
HP Control seng:
Selecon of the DHW
temperature for the Fix HP
Control.
Status of DHW:
• Disabled
• Enabled.
Mode: Only available when DHW heater is
acvated (DSW4 pin 3 ON).
• Standard: DHW heang operaon starts
when the temperature of the water in the
tank is low enough to start up the heat
pump. DHW is heated up with the heat
pump or the electrical heater (if electrical
heater is enabled).
• High Demand: DHW heang operaon
starts if water temperature and seng
temperature diference is larger than
dierenal temperature. DHW can be
heated up using the heater, the heat
pump or a combinaon of both.

Dierenal temperature:
Value that the unit restart heang
operaon of the tank.
• Only available if DHW is in High
demand mode.
HP ON dierenal temperature:
Hysteresis for the start of DHW
heang operaon with the heat
pump.
HP OFF dierenal temperature:
Hysteresis for the stop of DHW heang
operaon with the heat pump.
