the large inertial load, acceleration/deceleration is
temporarily stopped so that [E001] overcurrent error and
[E007] overvoltage error do not occur.
If the Intelligent input terminal 100[HLD] is in ON state, the
acceleration and deceleration will be stopped (Hold
activation).
