If [AJ-21]=01 when the PID output reaches a negative
value, the PID output is limited to 0.
If [AJ-21]=02 when the PID output reaches a negative
value, the PID output lets out an inverted output.
By turning on the input terminal 045[PID3], the PID3
output becomes 0.
