If the password other than 0000 is set to [UA-01]/[UA-02] , the
parameter [UA-10]/[UA-16] are locked and cannot be
changed.
When the password is set for [UA-01]/[UA-02] again, the
locked state is released.
Please note that if you forget the password, locked state
cannot release !
