[1-12]STO-A Release Mode =01(With safety signal) and
[1-36]SBC-A release level =0.00%:

[1-12]STO-A Release Mode =01(With safety signal) and
[1-36]SBC-A release level=20.00%:
*) Setting of [1-31]SBC-A Time linkage, [1-12]STO-A
Release Mode and [1-36]SBC-A release level are
available to release the signal of ‘-A. Setting of [2-
31]SBC-B Time linkage, [2-12]STO-B Release Mode and
[2-36]SBC-B release level are available to release the
signal of ‘-B’.
