Workflow for creating Thin Image pairs using Device
Manager - Storage Navigator
The pairs shown in the HDvM - SN main window are configured based on the
amount of snapshot data corresponding to the P-VOL, or the number of S-
VOLs that are assigned to snapshot data corresponding to the P-VOL.
The following image shows this configuration.
Creating Thin Image pairs using HDvM - SN involves the following steps.
1. Select the P-VOL.
2. Assign the S-VOL to snapshot data.
3. Confirm that you want to create the pair.
