All the LEDs and the display must light up for 1

After 1 second [Pos 137] appears; the current wheel
position is shown on the right-hand display with a
number between 0 and 255. Turning the wheel in
the rotation direction, the number displayed must
increase. Turning the wheel in the opposite
direction, the number must decrease. In one full turn
of the wheel, the number 0 must appear once only.
