Fixthebucklesonthestrapsasshowninchapter6.9.
•Tiethepadstrapstogether.
To put the chest-shoulder harnesss on:
•Placeyourchildintotheseat.
•Puttheelbowofyourchildthroughoneoftheshoulderstraploops
rstandthentheforearmandhand.
•Proceedwiththeotherarmthesameway.
•Putthebucklemembersoneaftereachotherintothebuckle.
•Tightenshoulderandlapstrapsbypullingthestrapendscomingout
ofthelengthadjuster.
•Theshoulderstrapsshouldbeadjustedinawaythatthehousingof
thelengthadjustersrestontheshoulderpadding.
•Mountthelapstrapendsofthevepointharnessasdecribedin6.9
lapbeltandpreadjustthemroughly.
Totakeofftheve-pointharnessproceedasfollows:
•Presstheredbuttononthebuckle.
•Pressthekeysofthelengthadjustersandpullthestrapoutsothat
approx5cm(2inches)ofthestrapendremains.
•Createwideloopswhichallowforthearmsofyourchildtomoveout
oftheharnesseasily.
•Liftyourchildoutoftheseat.
